Freetown, 13 June – President Ernest Bai Koroma hosted a high-powered United Nations Peace Building Commission (UNPBC) from New York. According to the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Isata Kabia, the delegation was in the country to emphasize its role in the peace building process, harness the pledges made for the post Ebola recovery program, and help sustain the peace process in Sierra Leone, in recognition of what the country has done that makes it a success story.
