L’IDA (Initiative pour le Développement de l’Afrique) est une ONG qui promet, à travers des activités commerciales et culturelles, les principes d’un monde meilleur et contribue, par la coopération internationale, au développement du continent africain. IDA met en relation ses membres, leur offre des services de qualité et constitue un réseau permettant aux HOMMES D’AFFAIRES d’AFRIQUE et du RESTE du MONDE de travailler ensemble. IDA International, porte-parole de l’ADA (Académie Diplomatique Africaine) et des hautes RELATIONS en général, et représente leurs préoccupations et intérêts dans le débat public et auprès des partenaires extérieurs. En encourageant ses membres à travailler ensemble, l’IDA facilite l’échange d’expériences et d’apprentissages ; réaffirme et défend les valeurs qui déterminent le bon fonctionnement du développement des projets en Afrique. L’IDA fait partie du registre de transparence des ONG de l’Union européenne. L’IDA est une organisation dotée du statut consultatif spécial auprès du Conseil économique et social des Nations Unies (ECOSOC).

La certification et l’étiquetage éthique des produits alimentaires en Afrique sont des initiatives importantes pour promouvoir une alimentation plus durable, éthique et respectueuse des droits de l’homme.
NOUS RECRUTONS !
Dans le cadre du lancement de projets d’envergure, IDA International recrute :
– 2 spécialistes en gestion de projet ;
– 5 spécialistes en management et gestion de ressources humaines ;
– 5 spécialistes du service clientèle ;
– 5 spécialistes du marketing online/offline ;
– 5 rédacteurs web ;
– 5 graphistes ;
– 3 comptables spécialisés en contrôle de gestion.
Exigences :
Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience est requis pour chaque profil.
Les candidats retenus travailleront en tant que bénévoles. Après 24 mois, ils auront un statut de salariés, avec une rémunération motivante et bien d’autres avantages, à la hauteur de leur engagement.
