Dakar, 27 January – the ADA President Benoit NGom and the PUMA Nationa Coordinator Moussa Sow, have signed an MOU to develop several project in the border areas of Senegal. PUMA is the Emergency Program for the Modernization of Border Axes and territories and the agreement with ADA is to develop a collaboration for: border security, road access, fluvial, maritime, telephone, digital, etc. , sustainable development, through the realization of basic infrastructures (schools, health structures, electrification, hydraulics) and the promotion of income-generating activities. IDA will manage the projects regarding this strategic collaboration.
