Alioune Dione, Minister of Microfinance and Social and Solidarity Economy of Senegal and H.E. Ngor Ndiaye, Senegal Ambassador in Italy. The topic was the collaboration between IDA and the Ministry for Social and Solidarity Economy in Senegal.
