Milan, 11 September 2026 – The Senegalese Ministry of Urban Planning, Local Authorities and Regional Development (MUCTAT), represented by the Minister, Mr Moussa Balla FOFANA, and the Initiative for the Development of Africa (IDA International), represented by its President Andrea GIANNETTO, have signed a Framework Investment Agreement with economic and social objectives, the purpose of which is to define the principles, areas of cooperation and general commitments of the Parties with a view to contributing to the implementation of the National Program for Urban Renewal and Sovereign Housing (PNRUHS) and related programmers.
