Dakar, 2 August u2013 Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan the World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission and IHRC-RFT, has appointed the Ambassador Mr. Diop Mbacke, as the u201cIHRC-RFTu201d Coordinator General for Africa Region in addition to his current position as the National Director for Senegal. Mr. Diop Mbacke is also the IDA Director of Business Development and Social Economy.
