Good Day to all IDA members and volunteers.
As the year 2022 comes to the end, I would like to say thank you to all members of IDA NGO around the world for your sacrifices and for having made our organization leader in Africa for sustainable development. A special mention to the members of the IDA Digital Team for the excellent work done during this first year of activity.
We are emerging from a turbulent year for the global community. War, conflict, growing inequalities, increasing poverty and hunger, as well as the difficulties resulting from the pandemic; these are just a few of the adversities the world is facing right now. In the midst of these intensified global crises, IDA has continued to uphold the principles of the NourDign philosophy; these principles are our model for achieving a better world, for everyone, everywhere, and the need to implement them has become more urgent than ever.
We also continued to share our data, analysis and recommendations with a global audience, through the Global Policy Dialogue Series and our NourDign Policy Briefs, which address some of the most pressing issues facing to the policy makers around the world.
As we close the 2022 chapter, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks for your faithful contribution and for following and supporting the work of IDA.
I am honored, grateful and proud to have worked with you for the sustainable development of Africa.
I wish you all, happy Holidays and a happy New Year!
Andrea Giannetto
IDA President
