Cotonou, 13 October – IDA and COSEM SARL have agreed to implement a set of programs with the aim of analyzing the various development projects, strengthening health structures, promoting social housing and the development of agribusiness as well as the strengthening of the means made available to social works in Africa. The partnership between COSEM and IDA is strategic for the development of Benin.
