IDA Activities

One of the main IDA activities is to hold regular meetings in the main World cities to allow the entrepreneurs to create strong partnership with African Companies, Governments, Financial Institutions, and International Agencies. IDA links up its members, offers them quality services and provides a network for the BUSINESS MEN of AFRICA and THE REST of the WORLD to work together. As a cooperation and service-oriented organization, IDA aims to promote the exchange of information, experience and ideas, to facilitate development and international collaboration among countries interested in the Development of Africa, and to contribute, through research and meetings, to informed higher policy debate.

IDA Goals

The overall goals of IDA are both internal and external. First, IDA links up its members offers them quality services and provides a network for the BUSINESS MEN of AFRICA and THE REST of the WORLD to work together. Second, the Association speaks on behalf of ADA and of higher RELATIONS in general, and represents their concerns and interests in public debate and to outside partners. Both of these complementary goals are pursued through future oriented collective actions, including information services, informed policy discussion, research and publications. These collective actions are managed by IDA Committees.

By encouraging members to work together, IDA facilitates the exchange of experience and learning; restates and defends the values that underlie and determine the proper functioning of projects development in Africa, with the support of the IDA Clubs network.
